In association with visual arts exhibition “Spirit of Yoga”:   three Canberra yoga teachers who are artists invite you to move beyond the limitations of your body and to tap into the deeper resources of your being.

The program includes

 -Asana and the elements with Pam

 -Practices for enhanced meditation with Ursula

Presenters are Pam Bleakley, Ursula Huber & Nandhini Nagaratnam (all IYTA Dip)
